Ours is a family history, which has its roots in rural Sicily in the Sixties. From the first bakery in Buscemi to the establishment of the company in 1991 in Palazzolo Acreide. Since then the production of fresh pasta has been enriched with dried pasta and the rediscovery of ancient grains.
